It started as a quiet pull — a feeling I couldn’t ignore. For years, Joie has been about more than jewelry. It's been about story, connection, and the way we carry meaning with us every day. And now, it’s time to bring that same spirit into something more: apparel and accessories you can live in.

This isn’t a departure from what I love most — it’s an evolution. The same inspiration that’s shaped every Joie design still guides me now: the feeling of salt air and tall trees, the quiet steadiness of nature, and the belief that what we wear can remind us who we are.

Only now, I’m finding new ways to express that spirit — not just through jewelry, but through clothing and accessories you can move in, feel at home in, and carry through every part of your life.

Why This Canadian Jewelry Brand Is Branching Into Apparel

This next step is both creative and practical. As the cost of fine materials rises, it’s become harder to keep Joie’s jewelry accessible — while staying rooted in quality and care. Apparel opens a new path forward: one where I can still design with intention, while offering a wider range of price points and pieces that fit easily into everyday life.

This isn’t about scaling for the sake of it; it’s about growing in a way that reflects where Joie is now and where it’s going. West Coast apparel provides us with a new canvas to tell stories — soft, wearable reminders of what grounds us.

Small-Batch, Made-to-Order Pieces

Every new piece will be made using print-on-demand production,  meaning it’s only created when you order it. No excess inventory. Less waste. Thoughtful, slower fashion. Most items will ship from Canadian suppliers, though a few specialty pieces (like embroidered hoodies or kimono robes) may come from the U.S.

We’ll always note this clearly on the product pages — either Ships from Canada or Ships from USA — so you’ll know exactly what to expect. This approach helps us stay mindful, local-first when possible, and transparent.
