Shipping Policy

  1. Local Canada Shipping Options (Canada Post & Courier): We offer the following options within Canada:

    • Free regular untracked mail (Canada Post)

    • Discounted with tracking (Canada Post or Courier Service)

    • Express with tracking (Canada Post or Courier Service)

    • Note: We use Courier services as an alternative to Canada Post for increased flexibility and reliability across all tracked tiers.

  2. USA and International Shipping Options (USPS & Courier): We offer flat rate USA and International Shipping Options, including:

    • USPS Tracked Parcel Mail

    • Standard International Shipping (USPS or Courier)

    • Express International Shipping (USPS or Courier)

  3. Prioritized Shipping: If you are short on time, please choose any Express or Courier shipping option, and we will prioritize your shipment.

  4. Handling Time: Our handling time is 3 to 5 business days from the time of purchase. Please note that we are closed on weekends and statutory holidays, as are our shipping partners.

  5. Delivery Inquiries: Please allow at least a week after you receive the shipping notification before contacting us to inquire about delivery times. If you choose an option with tracking, a tracking number will be provided.

Return Policy

Jewelry Returns and Exchanges

  • Refund/Exchange/Credit: Any unworn jewelry item in new condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange, or credit.

  • Credit Only: Items in new condition returned after 30 days will be given store credit.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges. The items can be shipped by your method of choice.

  • Used Items: Items that have been worn and are in used condition will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

  • Defects: All items should be free from manufacturer defects. We will replace any defective items at no cost to the customer. Please email us at info@joiedesigns.ca to make arrangements.

  • Gold Plating: Gold plating does not handle rough exposure and can fade and tarnish over time; this is not covered under our defect policy. Re-plating is available for a fee, dependent on the size of the piece. *Please note that this service is done outside of our studio, and this can take up to several weeks.

  • Allergies: While we take pride in the quality of materials used in our jewelry, we cannot ensure an allergy-free experience for every individual. Allergic reactions to metals are not eligible for refunds.

Apparel Returns 

Due to our apparel being custom-made and print-on-demand, our clothing items, which are produced specifically for your order, our return policy for apparel is different from our jewelry.

  • Store Credit Only: Apparel items are final sale for cash refunds. Any unworn item in new condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only.

  • Conditions: The customer is responsible for shipping costs on apparel returns. Store credit will be issued upon inspection of the returned item.

  • Defects/Wrong Item: If you receive a defective item or the wrong size/design, please contact us immediately at info@joiedesigns.ca. We will gladly replace the defective item at no cost to you.
